The main highlight of the two-level Observatory is a 25-meter-long glass walk that connects the hotel's twin towers. Constructed entirely from quadruple-laminated glass, the Sky Slide is completely transparent yet highly durable. This allows you a safe, unobstructed, floor-to-floor ride experience with a view of Dubai like never before. Additionally, if you're up for the challenge, you can try the Edge Walk, which lets you experience the region’s highest and first circular hands-free walk on a ledge (for an additional charge).

Important Information

• Passport or Emirates ID is required to be carried.
• Age criteria: Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk.
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide.
• Weight criteria: Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs are allowed for the glass slide.
• Height criteria: Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm are allowed for the glass slide.
• Modest and comfortable clothing is required (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
• Please inform the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that might prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Inform the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1. Please proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. The Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to the residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
